Qichao Yao will be spending a semester of his PhD in our lab. Qichao studies historical fire-climate interactions in NE China and is visiting from the Northeast Forestry University in China.

It is scary to be a person who is in the exchange student program, but it is also a huge opportunity. If you want to go and be part of this program, then just sign up online. It is not easy to get accepted, I will tell you that in advance. Once you get accepted, though, you will understand the greatness of this.
